Integral Anatomy for Yogis
This program is designed for aspiring and current yoga teachers looking to deepen their understanding of the human form. Led by Gil Hedley, PhD and Rachel Scott (E-RYT 500, MSci), this is the first anatomy course to be presented from an Integral Anatomy perspective and is based on Gil’s decades of experience in the lab.
