Includes roughly 23 hours of practice for 15 classes:
- Fifteen practices (plus one unguided practice)
- Peak pose sequencing style
- Each lesson includes the sequence, component parts (when relevant) and tips for teaching the key points for each practice
- Classes include sequences that focus on each of the following areas: neutral symmetrical poses, neutral asymmetrical poses, externally rotated poses, active hip openers, hand balances, backbends, surya namaskar, inversions, simple backbends, complex backbends, seated and reclined postures, foot anatomy, and vinyasa and transitions.
