Pranayama One (90 minutes):
- Define prana
- Define “pranayama”
- Describe the benefits of pranayama
- Describe the three parts of the breath
- Teach a counted pranayama exercise to a partner
Pranayama Two (90 minutes):
- Define kriya
- Teach kapalabhati to a partner
- Demonstrate three mudras
- Teach jalandhara bandha
- Teach mula bandha
- Teach a simple counted breath with mula and jalandhara bandha
Pranayama Three (90 minutes):
- Practice and describe uddiyana bandha
- Teach viloma to a group of 3-4 students
- Teach ujjayi to a group of 3-4 students
Pranayama Four (90 minutes):
- Teach nadi shodhana to a group of 3-4 students
