Detailed Overview
Note on limitations: this manual is designed to support the lesson plans from my full 200-hour yoga teacher training. It does not include the lesson plans, trainer notes, Google slides for anatomy and philosophy presentations, but is the student manual only. Because this is an interactive student manual (and not simply a reference guide), some sections include activity worksheets that are designed to be filled out by the student and reflect the program’s training methodology. If you have questions, just ask me.
This manual has been successfully used as a component in over a hundred of Yoga Alliance submissions.
If you are looking for the complete trainer notes that guide the training, check out my 200-hour yoga teacher training, Buy A Training, which is a complete package that includes detailed lesson plans as well as Google Slides, asana practices, asana labs, quizzes, exams, a personalized schedule, and Yoga Alliance or American Yoga Council registration support.
