  • Cue transitions using appropriate and effective stabilizing cues
  • Seamlessly cue to the breath to enhance the anatomical and energetic experience of a posture
  • Use qualifying language to safely teach multiple stages of postures for all bodies
  • Use root-rebound cuing to enhance alignment and mitigate risk factors
  • Teach paired and simple actions to illuminate optimal alignment for all students
  • Identify and teach actions that educate component parts in service of optimal alignment in the peak posture
  • Differentiate between passive and sovereign language and use intentionally
  • Begin to organically and intuitively integreate multiple cuing and teaching tools that intentionally enhance student alignment, safety, and experience

What do I need as teacher trainer to present the lessons?

  • All anatomy lessons and some philosophy lessons contain a visually rich presentations, which require a projector and computer.
  • Some lesson plans benefit from having a whiteboard or poster sheets available.
  • For anatomy lessons, I recommend having a skeleton, though it’s not required.
