Work smart, not hard.

Designing a yoga teacher training is a massive undertaking. Many creators can quickly find themselves overwhelmed by:

  • ✓  Writing lesson plans
  • ✓  Creating student manuals and resources
  • ✓  Articulating a clear methodology
  • ✓  Balancing philosophy, anatomy, and methodology
  • ✓  Creating a clear, progressive structure
  • ✓  Navigating Yoga Alliance requirements
  • ✓  Coordinating multiple teachers and modules

Without a structured curriculum, teacher trainings can become inconsistent, exhausting to manage, and difficult to scale.

    • ✓  Support for Yoga Alliance registration
    • ✓  Flexibility to include your own content
    • ✓  Adaptability: the curriculum is fully editable, allowing you to personalize it to fit your teaching style and studio culture.

The course teaches peak pose sequencing, helping students logically build sequences around a complex posture while understanding alignment principles. While this isn't the only great sequencing style, it's particularly useful to teach in a 300 hour as it helps students think critically about postures and alignment.

The training includes asana labs, lectures, worksheets, practice teaching, group activities, presentations, self-palpation, partner work, teaching labs, and reflections and practicums.

Why You're In Good Hands

About Rachel

I help yoga teachers and studios around the world create transformational and engaging education experiences so that you can thrive in your business, share your passion, and inspire more people to practice yoga.

I combined my academic expertise (Masters in Instructional Systems and Learning Technology) with thousands of hours of hands on trainer training experience to provide you with a robust foundation for your own training. I have worked with universities to help them adapt their in-person courses for online and can leverage this experience to give you options and flexibility in how you offer your YTT program.

On the business side, I spend a decade working for two large national yoga companies (Yoga Works and YYoga) and built a training department from the ground up as YYoga’s Director of Teachers’ College. In other words, I have a deep appreciation for the financial realities of your yoga business

I have written periodicals such as Yoga International and the Huffington Post, made guest appearances on CTV, Breakfast Television, and numerous podcasts, published five books, and presented at venues such as Wanderlust and the Omega Institute.
